The cutting machine can achieve the cutting at fixed length automatically, the temperature of the die head is controlled by the import intelligent thermometer, which can make the temperature deviation vary within plus or minus 1 degree centigrade, therefore the tubing quality can be guaranteed.
The production line uses the man-machine interface operation so that it can be highly automated; besides it gets good plastic effect, high output, and low and even melts body temperature for the use of specific screw. It uses the compound spiral nose to eliminate the material memory effectively. The tubing stress has been eliminated for the vacuum finalizes and the constant temperature control, The cooling water tank is equipped with the compressor refrigeration installment, which makes the line take up less space, use the water economically, and take the leading place inland.
